Vehiculis is a software for managing the calendar of vehicles and operators.

 

Vehicle registry

The software allows you to manage a vehicle registry by saving all the characteristics.

It is also possible to set review dates and receive a notification days before the deadline.

Operators registry

The software allows you to manage the operator data by saving all possible data.

Vehicle Calendar

The vehicle calendar allows you to graphically display in a grid all the vehicle commitments included in a time interval.

In this way you will be able to manage all the vehicles knowing for each one where it is busy, when, and with which operators.

Each vehicle can be booked by entering a date, time, location, and a list of operators who need to use that vehicle. You can also choose multiple vehicles at the same time if the intervention requires it.

Operators Calendar

The operator calendar, like the vehicle calendar, allows you to graphically see the commitment of each operator in the grid.

This will allow you to keep track of what the operators are doing, and whether and how to engage them in future days.
