Optimize truck and container loading

Cargo Studio distributes the load of trucks and containers in an optimal way, quickly, and saving you space, time, fuel, and therefore money.

You can use Cargo Studio to optimize any space, such as: containers, trucks, vans, cargo compartments, etc. But also: warehouses, garages, garages, etc.

Similarly, the objects with which to fill the spaces can be of any type: pallets, boxes, furniture, household appliances, various types of packaging, etc.

Cargo Studio's intuitive interface will help you during use. You will find the program easy to use. Furthermore, in any section you will have an online guide that will resolve any doubts.

Save time

Manual optimizers typically take 20-30 minutes to come up with a mediocre load plan. With Cargo Studio it would take a few minutes to prepare and a few seconds to process.

Save space

Cargo Studio's load optimization uses on average 15% less space than manual optimization, which means you will use 1 less container out of every 7.

Save fuel

By setting the destination of the pallets, Cargo Studio will optimize the route and order the pallets based on the unloading sequence, allowing you to travel as few kilometers as possible and therefore save more fuel.

Result in 3D

You can see the optimization result in a real 3D environment. You can rotate and zoom within the 3D environment, controlling the load pallet by pallet, container by container, in real time.

Print result

You can print your Loading Plans with 3D previews and the sequence of loading steps. Whoever will be in charge of the actual loading on the containers will have a detailed report in loading order with the 3D image that will help position the pallets.

Intelligent optimization

Cargo Studio will search the list of containers for those most suitable for the pallets ready in the warehouse, trying to use the least expensive ones among the various combinations.

Example: if you have 1 large container that costs 500 euros per trip and 2 small containers that cost 200 euros per trip each, the optimization will process the load by choosing the two small containers because the total expense is lower among the available containers.

It is also possible to decide to optimize by considering "only" the space occupied without taking costs into account. It will be your discretion to choose which optimization to use.
