Planner Studio is a software for calendar management on a multi-user platform.
A single program that allows you to manage multiple calendars at the same time, dividing them by user, to have everything under control.
It is possible to connect multiple Planner Studio stations to the same database so you can share calendars with other users of other stations.
Moreover, being multi-platform, it is possible to connect Mac and Windows workstations simultaneously to the same database.
Examples of use
An example of use could be an associate office where the reception is the super user who controls and manages the events (in this case appointments) of all the offices, and where each office is a normal user who can only manage its own calendar. In this way, with each phone call the reception can check and, if necessary, insert new appointments without having to ask the offices for confirmation. And so the offices will also find the appointments preset by the reception.
Planner Studio is truly very flexible and can be applied to an infinite number of types of work, adaptable to every need.
